We highly value user privacy and data security, and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our services. Please read this Policy carefully before using Reevia. Your access to and use of the Tool constitutes your full understanding, consent and acceptance of all terms herein.
This Policy applies to all Reevia users and covers all built-in functions, including but not limited to Style Image, Solo Video, Duo Video, AI Face Swap, AI Dance and Change Outfit. It serves as a binding legal agreement between you and the Reevia operator (hereinafter referred to as "we") concerning privacy protection.
1. Definitions and Interpretations
Personal Information: Any information recorded in electronic or other identifiable forms that relates to a specific natural person, excluding anonymized data. This includes uploaded images, facial feature data and device information.
Sensitive Personal Information: Data that may cause privacy infringement or security risks if improperly disclosed or misused. Within this Tool, it mainly refers to facial data and portrait-containing image content.
Data Processing: All operations including collection, storage, utilization, modification, transmission and deletion of user personal information.
Anonymization: Technical processing to permanently remove personal identifiers, ensuring data cannot be traced or restored to identify any individual.
2. Scope and Purpose of Information Collection
We only collect necessary user information in compliance with legality, necessity and rationality principles, solely for service delivery and experience optimization. No redundant or irrelevant data will be collected.
2.1 Actively Provided Information
To enable core AI creative functions, you may voluntarily submit the following content:
Image Content: Photos and portraits uploaded to access Style Image, Solo Video, Duo Video, AI Dance, Change Outfit and AI Face Swap features.
Facial Data: Facial feature information submitted for AI Face Swap and AI Dance generation, classified as sensitive personal information with enhanced protection measures.
Account Information: Email addresses and login credentials for account registration, identity verification and secure management.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect minimal non-sensitive data to maintain stable operation and optimize user experience:
Device Data: Device model, system version and unique device identifiers, used for compatibility adaptation without linking to personal identity.
Usage Statistics: Function access records, operation frequency and interaction behavior. All data is anonymized and cannot identify individual users.
2.3 Collection Necessity
Uploaded images and facial data are essential to run core features including AI Face Swap, Change Outfit, dynamic video generation and stylized creation. Refusal to provide relevant data will disable corresponding AI functions, while basic tool usage will remain unaffected. Automatic device data only supports service stability and will not involve private identification.
3. Rules for Information Use
We strictly limit data usage to declared service purposes and prohibit unauthorized or commercial exploitation of user information:
Core Service Delivery: Process uploaded images and facial data to generate customized content for Style Image, Solo Video, Duo Video, AI Face Swap, AI Dance and Change Outfit.
Experience Optimization: Analyze anonymized usage data to upgrade product functions, adjust interaction logic and improve overall performance.
Security Protection: Utilize account and device information to prevent illegal login, account theft and malicious operations.
Non-Commercial Commitment: We will never sell, rent or commercially utilize your personal information without explicit written consent.
4. Information Storage and Protection
4.1 Storage Period
Facial Data: Automatically and permanently deleted within 3 days after function generation, with no residual copies retained on our servers.
Uploaded Images: Generated materials are saved or deleted based on your active selection. You may manually delete content at any time, and we will not retain images without authorization.
Account Data: Reserved during your account usage period. All account information will be completely deleted within 15 working days upon account cancellation.
Anonymized Data: Long-term storage allowed for product iteration and service optimization, with no personal identification attributes.
4.2 Security Protection Measures
We adopt industry-leading technical and management mechanisms to fully secure user data:
Encryption Protection: Adopt AES-256 encryption for sensitive data such as facial information and portrait images, with fully encrypted data transmission.
Access Control: Restrict internal data access to authorized personnel only, with full access logs and traceable operation records.
Regular Security Audits: Continuously monitor system vulnerabilities, update protection technologies, and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.
Staff Management: Mandatory privacy training and confidentiality obligations for all employees, with legal accountability for data violations.
4.3 Data Deletion Mechanism
Upon expiration of the storage period, account cancellation or your active deletion request, we will permanently erase original files and backup data through technical means to ensure non-recoverability. Anonymized statistical data is exempt from deletion restrictions.

7. Disclaimer
We shall not be held responsible for the following circumstances:
Privacy risks caused by user’s intentional information disclosure or improper operation.
Data leakage or loss caused by unavoidable force majeure such as network failures, natural disasters and malicious hacker attacks.
Copyright and portrait right disputes arising from users uploading unauthorized or infringing images.
Information disclosure approved by your explicit consent or mandatory legal requirements.
8. Policy Update and Notification
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to function iteration and legal adjustments. Revised terms will be posted on prominent in-app pages and take effect upon publication.
If updates involve core privacy rights, we will notify you via the reserved contact email. Your continued use of Reevia after policy updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by relevant local laws. In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve matters through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, either party may submit to the jurisdiction of the local competent authority.
