User Agreement for Reevia This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") and the operator of Reevia (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Operator"). By downloading, installing, registering, or using Reevia (hereinafter referred to as "the Tool") and its related services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms herein, please immediately stop using the Tool and its related services. This Agreement governs the use of all services provided by the Tool, including but not limited to core functions such as Style Image, Solo Video, Duo Video, AI Face Swap, AI Dance, and Change Outfit. The User's use of the Tool shall be deemed as acceptance of the entire Agreement and any subsequent updates or revisions made by the Operator. 1. User Qualifications - You warrant that you are a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and conduct, and have the right to enter into and perform this Agreement independently. - If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent and supervision of your legal guardian before using the Tool. Your use of the Tool shall be deemed as the consent of your legal guardian to this Agreement. - You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering or using the Tool (including but not limited to email address, account password, etc.), and promptly update such information if there is any change. You shall bear all responsibilities arising from providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information. 2. User Rights and Obligations 2.1 User Rights - You have the right to use all core and auxiliary functions of the Tool in accordance with this Agreement, including but not limited to Style Image, Solo Video, Duo Video, AI Face Swap, AI Dance, and Change Outfit. - You have the right to manage your account information (such as modifying passwords, updating contact information) and personal data (such as deleting uploaded images, canceling the account) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. - You have the right to put forward suggestions, opinions, or complaints about the Tool's functions and services, and the Operator shall respond and handle them in a timely manner. - You have the right to withdraw your consent to use the Tool at any time and cancel your account in accordance with the specified procedures. 2.2 User Obligations - You shall abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, as well as this Agreement, and shall not use the Tool for any illegal or improper purposes. - You shall properly keep your account information (such as account password, email address) and shall be fully responsible for all behaviors and consequences arising from the use of your account. If you find any unauthorized use of your account or other security risks, you shall promptly notify the Operator. - When using the Tool's functions (especially AI Face Swap, Change Outfit, etc.), you shall ensure that the images, facial data, and other materials you upload are legally owned by you or you have obtained sufficient authorization from the relevant rights holders, and shall not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to portrait rights, copyrights, privacy rights, etc.). - You shall not use the Tool to generate, spread, or disseminate any illegal, obscene, violent, defamatory, or harmful information, and shall not use the Tool to engage in activities that damage public interests or the legitimate rights and interests of others. - You shall not tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the Tool's software, code, or related technical materials, and shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Tool's services. - You shall comply with the Operator's reasonable management rules and requirements for the Tool, and cooperate with the Operator's necessary inspections and supervision. 3. Operator's Rights and Obligations 3.1 Operator's Rights - The Operator has the right to provide, update, and optimize the Tool's functions and services, and may adjust or suspend some services as needed (after reasonable notification to Users if necessary). - The Operator has the right to review the User's use of the Tool. If the User violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Operator has the right to take measures such as warning, restricting account functions, suspending account use, or terminating account services, and shall not be liable for any losses caused to the User thereby. - The Operator has the right to collect, use, and store the User's necessary information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and to anonymize and analyze the User's usage data to optimize the Tool's services. - The Operator has the right to interpret and revise this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. The revised terms shall take effect after being publicly notified on the Tool. The User's continued use of the Tool shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. 3.2 Operator's Obligations - The Operator shall provide stable and secure Tool services in accordance with this Agreement, and make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of the Tool's functions. - The Operator shall strictly abide by the Privacy Policy, protect the User's personal information (especially facial data, which shall be stored for no more than 3 days), and shall not share the User's data with any third party (except as required by law). - The Operator shall promptly respond to the User's suggestions, opinions, and complaints, and continuously optimize the Tool's functions and service quality. - The Operator shall inform the User of important changes to the Tool's services (such as function adjustments, service suspensions) through reasonable channels (such as email, in-app notifications). - The Operator shall not intentionally collect any information unrelated to the Tool's services, nor shall it use the User's personal information for purposes not agreed in this Agreement or the Privacy Policy. 4. Intellectual Property Rights - All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc.) of the Tool (including but not limited to software, code, interfaces, functions, designs, text, images, etc.) belong to the Operator. - The content generated by the User using the Tool (such as stylized images, videos, etc.) shall be owned by the User, provided that the User has the legal right to use the materials used for generation and the generated content does not violate any laws, regulations, or this Agreement. The Operator shall not claim any intellectual property rights to such generated content, except for the right to use it for service optimization after anonymization. - The User shall not infringe on the Operator's intellectual property rights. Without the Operator's prior written permission, the User shall not copy, distribute, modify, or use the Tool's related intellectual property rights in any other way. 5. Service Fees (if applicable) If the Tool provides paid services (such as coin-based paid creation), the Operator shall clearly inform the User of the service fees, charging standards, and payment methods. The User shall pay the corresponding fees in accordance with the agreed standards when using paid services. The User acknowledges that the service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by both parties or required by law. The Operator has the right to adjust the charging standards after reasonable notification to the User. 6. Termination of Agreement - This Agreement shall take effect from the date the User uses the Tool and shall remain in effect until the User cancels the account or the Operator terminates the service. - The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling the account in accordance with the Tool's specified procedures. After the account is canceled, the Operator will delete the User's personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. - The Operator may terminate this Agreement and stop providing services to the User if: (1) the User seriously violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations; (2) the User provides false information and refuses to correct it; (3) the User's account is inactive for a long time (as specified by the Operator); (4) the Operator terminates the Tool's services due to operational adjustments or other legitimate reasons. - After the termination of this Agreement, the User shall stop using the Tool and its related services. The clauses of this Agreement that should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution, etc.) shall remain in effect. 7. Liability for Breach of Contract - If the User violates this Agreement, the Operator has the right to take measures such as warning, restricting account functions, suspending account use, or terminating account services, and the User shall bear all losses caused to the Operator or third parties thereby. - If the User's use of the Tool infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, the User shall independently assume all legal liabilities, and shall compensate the Operator for any losses caused thereby. - If the Operator fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to its own fault, resulting in losses to the User, the Operator shall bear corresponding liability for compensation, but the compensation shall not exceed the actual direct losses of the User. - Neither party shall be liable for any breach of contract caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network interruptions, hacker attacks, etc.) that cannot be avoided or overcome. 8. Dispute Resolution The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall all apply to general legal principles. If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the performance of this Agreement, they shall first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to initiate a dispute resolution procedure to the competent authority where the Operator is located. 9. Other Provisions - This Agreement and the Privacy Policy of the Tool constitute an integral whole, and the User's use of the Tool shall be deemed as acceptance of both documents. - If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to legal provisions, the validity of other clauses shall not be affected. - The Operator's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed as a waiver of such right. - The Operator's contact information is as follows: Contact Email: heudnrj@outlook.com; Contact Time: Working days 9:00-18:00 (excluding legal holidays).
